Microsoft is nothing but persistent in trying to get you to use Edge as your web browser. If you are using Outlook 365 and you click on a web link it may now automatically open in Microsoft Edge, even if your default browser is Chrome, Firefox, or another. It also moves Outlook to the sidebar view so you can simultaneously see both. Find this annoying? No problem – you can turn off this feature from Outlook settings: Select File > Options > Advanced > Link handling, and then select the desired browser from the dropdown menu. We are always happy to connect remotely and help if this change is bothersome.
