Exciting news! I am pleased to announce the hire of Emma Lake Boydston. Emma comes to Open Road with experience in IT support from a company that specialized in assisting senior citizens. She also has many years of teaching adults and children in classrooms, choirs, and churches. Her professionalism, patience, and understanding of clients’ needs makes her a great partner for me as we strive to serve our residential and small business clients even better. Some of you have already had the pleasure of working with her as we ramped up her involvement with Open Road. Emma will be providing remote support from her home in Austin, so don’t be surprised if it’s her voice returning your call at some point. And best of all, Emma is my sister.
