It seems like just yesterday I was writing about the end-of-support for Office 2010. Three years have flown past and now Office 2013 is at end-of-support, too. This means that Microsoft will no longer provide patches and any newly discovered vulnerabilities will not be fixed. True, there are not likely to be many major vulnerabilities found in ten-year-old software, but continuing to use the software is at your own risk. If you want to stay protected your options are to buy Office 2021 (one-time payment of $150 or more depending on version) or Office 365 (annual payment of $70 or more depending on version). Reach out if you think you might be using Office 2013 and would like to have a complimentary discussion on the best option for you.
