Remove Yourself from Searches

Have you ever searched for yourself online? Have you ever found personal information about yourself that you would rather the world not know about? Google now has a way for you to request removal of your information from their search results. It’s not perfect, but it’s a step in the right direction of putting more control in the hands of users. It’s also important to remember that asking Google to remove search results does not remove the actual website or information those results point to. For the moment, you need to have the Google app on your smartphone to take advantage of this feature. Check out this link for the full instructions.
